Technicoat has 3 industrial powder coating lines utilizing nearly 2,500 linear ft. of conveyor. 2 inline spray washers and 1 belt washer can prepare parts with either a 3-stage zirconium, or 7-stage iron phosphate coating. Parts as large as 10' long, and up to 100 lbs. can be processed. Our 3rd line is designed and used for smaller parts, prototypes, masking intensive, and emergency orders. We also have the capability to cut masking tape to unusual shapes and sizes for precise masking, in house. We can make custom masking devices for many parts that will decrease the piece price and allow very consistent masking. We can respond promptly with even the smallest of orders when you have the need.
We also do SCREEN PRINTING, so you can get your parts coated and printed at 1 time saving freight charges and time.
We take pride in our packing/packaging department. We feel that if we take the time and care to coat the parts properly, we should take great pains to make sure they arrive on your dock properly identified and properly protected.
We have a road tractor and three 53' trailers, as well as a 28' box truck to move your products to and from our facility.
